Spa & salon services are by appointment only and offered exclusively to Fisher Island Club Members and guests. For spa services, we recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your appointment time for proper check-in and changing. Then, indulge in a few moments of steam, sauna, and Jacuzzi or simply relax in our tranquility pool, cascading waterfall and/or lounge areas and enjoy the splendor of the Spa’s luxurious surroundings.

We recommend that appointments be reserved at least 3 days in advance during summer months and 1 week prior during high season (December-May) and holidays. Appointments are based upon availability and must be guaranteed by Member account number, room number, or hotel reservation number.
Please note we require a 24-hour cancellation notice. To avoid being charged for a scheduled spa or salon service, please call to notify us of your change in plans. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full.
All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not been afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment time and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
What makes you feel most comfortable and relaxed? During your service, be assured that our therapists will respect your privacy and are trained to keep you properly and modestly covered throughout your treatment.
Members and guests under 18 years of age are not permitted in the Spa.
Gift certificates are available and can be applied towards the purchase of all services: spa, fitness & salon.
When making spa and salon reservations, please state any preference you may have for male or female therapist (or specific technician). Please inform technicians of any concerns or questions you may have prior to treatment or service. Complimentary spa sandals, towels, day lockers and robes are provided for your convenience during your spa visit. We also offer a selection of complimentary herbal teas, coffee, and fresh fruit in our women’s & men’s lounges.
For your convenience, an 18% gratuity is added to spa and salon services. Additional gratuities for exceptional service may be added at your discretion.
Pricing & Payment
To maintain maximum standards of quality service, prices may change without prior notification. Payment for services & retail is made through membership and/or hotel room accounts*. A $45 guest fee will apply to non-members. Fee will be waived with the purchase of a spa service. *Membership discounts will be applied at time of service.
To preserve a peaceful experience for everyone, we do not permit the use of cellular phones in the spa or fitness areas.
