Types of Membership

  • Equity Membership

    • Equity Membership is available to Fisher Island property owners and a limited number of non-property owners.
      Membership includes privileges for husband, wife, and dependent children under the age of 24.
      Each Equity Membership represents an equity ownership in the Club.

      • Equity Contribution: $250,000 (no tax)

    • Annual Membership is available to non-property owners and is renewable on an annual basis.
      Membership includes privileges for husband, wife and dependent children under the age of 24.

  • Preview Membership

    • Our Preview Membership is offered from May 15 – October 31, 2019.  This is a one-time, non-renewable membership, not available to property owners or tenants of Fisher Island. Membership includes privileges for spouse and dependent children under the age of 24.

      Schedule of Fees and Dues**:

      • No initiation fee
      • Dues: $7,500
      • Processing Fee: $214
      • International Processing Fee: $428

        Required Minimum Spending

      • $3,000*
