FISHER ISLAND, FL. (September 25, 2019) – Fisher Island Club, one of the world’s most esteemed private island communities and resorts, has named Michelle Simpson as General Manager of Fisher Island Club today, announced CEO Bernard Lackner.
Simpson brings more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including nine years at Carnival Cruise Line and two years with Norwegian Cruise Line managing top accounts. Prior to joining Fisher Island Club, Simpson most recently served as the Executive Director of Sales at Ocean Reef Club. In her current role, she will focus on
member satisfaction, member retention and Club operations. Simpson is eager to use her expansive knowledge of both Membership and Operations to create loyal partnerships while providing members and guests with exceptional experiences.

Simpson joins the team as Fisher Island Club prepares to celebrate the one hundred year anniversary of the illustrious island this December. As part of the festivities, the Club is inviting public officials and local dignitaries to partake in a roster of special events.
