      CARDIO PILATES: This class is like no other! A drumming class with lightweight drum sticks combines cardio, Pilates, isometric and plyometric movements. Infectious rhythms are great for toning up, burning fat and busting stress! Modifications for MOST fitness levels. (55 min) 

      INTERNATIONAL DANCE MIX: Dance to different types of international music including salsa, mambo, cha-cha, and merengue. Prepare to loosen up and sweat! (55 min)

      CARDIO BARRE CLASS: A unique, high energy/no impact exercise class that combines barre work and lightweights with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body

      CARDIO CORE FUSION:
       A great combo class that gives you a total body workout! The first half of this class is cardio drills. The second half is all
      ON THE BALL doing strength & core training exercises. (55 min)

      CIRCUIT TRAINING: High energy class in a circuit training format, designed to challenge the most fit islander, but catered to our first timers. Balance, tempo training, coordination and core. (55 min)

      SALSA: This class is designed for students of all levels. This class will introduce the basic salsa with structured fundamentals leading techniques for men in their partner work & following techniques for women. Women will learn to do multiple turns in place, while the men learn to properly guide the turn in order to make the dance fluid. (55 min) 

      TANGO: Learn the fundamentals of the Argentine Tango. Geared and open to everyone who would like to continue to improve the basic elements. Exercises in balance, coordination, body posture and continue with tango walking, lead and follow communication, navigation on the dance floor. (55 min)

      ZUMBA:
       A very exciting dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music and simple moves like Cha Cha, Salsa, reggaeton, rumba and more. It’s fun and effective, using interval training combining fast and slow rhythms for an effective aerobic workout while at the same time targeting your legs, abs, glutes and arms. (55 min) 

      BALLROOM: Learn several styles of ballroom dancing such as salsa, merengue, bachata to tango, and waltz. Bring your partner or come alone for a unique music and dance experience. (55 min)

      INTERNATIONAL/LATIN RHYTHMS: Dance to different types of American and Latin music including salsa, mambo, cha-cha, and merengue. Prepare to loosen up and sweat! (55 min)

      GLUTE/CORE PROTOCOL: Designed for everybody – women and men, young and not that young – everyone benefits from strong glutes and core. Balance, floor work, resistance bands, bosu, all combined to maximize your effort and achieve instant results. (55 min) 

      TOTAL CONDITIONING: A class that is a total body workout, including a little cardio conditioning and use of weights, steps, bands and balls to tone all your muscles.(55 min)

      BARRE CLASS: A unique barre class that creates a lean, firm, sculpted body by using short range of motion movements; uses the ballet barre and light weights. (55 min)

      BEACH BODY SCULPT: Combination of cardio, body weight and weight training exercises that develop core, balance, agility and strength. Modification of exercises will be demonstrated. Suitable for all levels. (55 min)

      AGELESS WORKOUT:

      MOTR BALANCE CLASS: Motr Balance is way more than a roller. Create full-body workouts with three resistance levels and tons of variety. Build strength, challenge balance, train on multiple planes and improve cardio conditioning. (55 min)

      BARRE-LESS BARRE CLASS: Get ready to take your Barre class to the next level without the Barre! This fun and energetic class infuses principles of Barre, Pilates and yoga. Start off with a quick, cardio-induced warm up, then move into isometric exercises that target all major muscle groups in the body, accompanied by therapeutic stretching. The primary focus is on balance, alignment and technique. (55 min)

    • INDOOR CYCLE

      Experience riding over different terrains as the instructor simulates an outdoor ride to the rhythm of great music. (55 min)

      SPIN & FLEX

      30 minutes spinning/30 minutes flexing; learn the basics of spinning, and use flex bands, tubing and dumbbells to train the major muscles groups. (55 min)

      INTERVAL RIDE

      Cycling for endurance training using the heart rate monitor as your coach trains you in endurance for climbing, sprinting, jumping and downhill racing. Heart rate monitor required. (55 min)

      CYCLE & CORE

      This class combines a cardio cycling workout and strength training. It consists of 45 minutes of high-intensity cycling, followed by 10 minutes of core exercise that target the abdominals and lower back. (55 min)

      ORBIT CLASS: Roll through a fun full-body workout that strengthens, stretches and challenges on multiple planes! Orbit™ exercises include both circular and linear movements and range from mild to complex. (55 min)

      BLISS YOGA: Relax and rejuvenate through the holding of gentle yoga postures emphasizing deep stretching. The body lets go of held tension and stress, achieving a sense of inner peace. (55 min) 

      YOGALATES: The combination of Yoga and Pilates. You will breathe yourself into better alignment and posture and will develop core strength and flexibility while engaging your body, mind and spirit. (55 min)

      VINYASA YOGA: Creative and challenging sequencing is the theme of this class. Expect a healthy dose of standing poses, arm balances, twists and inversions along with a strong connection to your breath and core. Accessible to all levels and anyone with an open mind. (85 min)

      PILATES MAT: Series of exercises created by Joseph Pilates. This method of exercise strengthens, defines, and challenges your body with innovative body sculpting. (55 min)

    • AQUATONE: Water workout consisting of toning exercise with the use of props. (55 min) 

      AQUA CYCLE: A cycle in the water using Aqquatix water bikes.
      Learn all four positions and work upper body too. This class uses the resistance of the water along with water props and the bikes. You even do ab work on the bike (55 min)

      AQUAFIT: Water workout using props but with more challenge on the cardio, strength and toning portions. (55 min)

      H2O EXPLOSION: Come join the fun in the pool and get your heart healthy. Water aerobics set to lively music will keep you fit! 
      You will burn fat while having fun with easy moves that will shape and sculpt your muscles while focusing on your posture, flexibility and core (55 min)
